Campers receive hot lunch daily on campus. There is a variety of options to choose from a well balance nutritious meal. The kitchen is a nut free environment.

Menus are shared one week before camp. Dietary needs are accommodated (if possible) when communicated in advance.

Sleep-over campers receive a cold breakfast at the hostel and a hot dinner on campus. On Wednesday evening, dinner is served at a restaurant.

No. Full payment must be completed no later than 15 days before the start of camp. Registrations are only confirmed once full payment has been received. In case you encounter difficulty paying, please let us know and we will find an alternative payment solution.

More than 30 days before camp: €70 cancellation fee. Less than 30 days before camp: €180 cancellation fee. In case of sleep over, the hotel fee will not be reimbursed.

All cancellations must be sent by registered letter.

Yes, but phone use is not allowed after 10:30 PM. Phones are collected by coaches overnight and returned in the morning to ensure proper rest.

Campers share rooms at the Auberge des 3 Fontaines. We have rooms of 2 beds, 4 beds, and 8 beds. The kids naturally select the composition of the rooms. Three coaches sleep on site and rooms are age-appropriate and supervised.

If your kid is only participating in the day camp, a water bottle, sandals and a change of clothes.

If your child is sleeping over, an additional email will be provided with the list of belongings to bring.

Spending money is optional. All meals and activities are included.

Yes. We have a physio on site who cares after any injuries or illness.

Coaches are trained to handle minor injuries. In case of serious illness or accident, we will consult with the parents in order to know if the child should be taken to the hospital or sent back home.

If any medical costs are advanced and they will need to be reimbursed by parents.

All campers are covered by their own civil liability and accident insurance. Families are encouraged to review and supplement their personal coverage if needed.

The camp takes place at the International School of Brussels.

Campers are supervised at all times. Belongings are stored in secured areas. There is zero tolerance for violence, alcohol, tobacco, or drugs.

Yes. Campers must respect staff, teammates, facilities, schedules, and safety instructions. Failure to comply may result in dismissal without refund.

For tennis activities, it is recommended to bring your own tennis racket.

All coaches are qualified professionals, specialized in their field, multilingual, and experienced in youth development.

A background check has been done for all staff members.

Downtime includes supervised recovery, rest periods, team activities, and video sessions.
