Our Elite Individual Development Sessions are designed for athletes who want targeted improvement, expert guidance, and a professional training environment.
Unlike traditional camps or team practices, these sessions focus on specific performance needs through small-group training (individual to a maximum of four athletes per group). This allows coaches to deliver precise feedback, correct weaknesses, and accelerate development.
Athletes train every Sunday in one of four key performance areas—basketball skills, strength & conditioning, speed and agility, and basketball IQ—using professional facilities and infrastructure. Each area is led by a recognized specialist coach, ensuring high-quality instruction and a true high-performance experience.
With limited spots, expert coaching, and a structured four-week progression, these sessions are ideal for motivated athletes aged 14–18 who are serious about taking their development to the next level.
What’s Included?
Specialist Coaching
Every session is led by a recognized expert coach in their specific performance area (basketball skills, strength & conditioning, speed & agility, or basketball IQ). Coaches are selected for their experience, expertise, and ability to work with motivated youth athletes.
Small Group Format (1–4 Athletes)
Training groups are limited to a maximum of 4 athletes to ensure:

Choice of 4 High-Performance Areas
Athletes train in one focused performance area per session:
- Basketball Skill Development (full wooden courts)
- Strength & Conditioning (weight room)

- Video Analysis & Basketball IQ (video room)
Professional Training Facilities
All sessions take place in premium sports facilities designed for high-level training, including:

Structured 1-Hour Training Blocks
Each session is a focused 60-minute training block, built for efficiency, quality, and progression.
