Terms & Conditions – Strategixhoops Camps
1. Organizer
The sports camps “Strategixhoops” (the “Camps”) are organized by the non-profit organization ASBL Strategixhoops (the “Organizer”), registered with the Commercial Register of Dendermonde, represented by Mr. Stéphane Pellé Pellé.
2. Registration & Participation
The full price of the program must be paid no later than fifteen (15) days before the start of the selected Camp. Registrations will not be confirmed until full payment is received.
The Organizer reserves the right to refuse participation if full payment has not been made before the Camp starts.
The Organizer also reserves the right to refuse registration if a Camper does not meet the participation requirements specified in these Terms & Conditions, in the registration file, or on the website: https://www.pellestrategixhoops.com
3. Advance of Medical Expenses
In the event of illness or accident, the Organizer may advance medical expenses when necessary. The parents or legal representatives of a minor Camper agree to reimburse the Organizer in full for any such expenses.
4. Program Modifications
The Organizer may modify an essential element of a Camp due to circumstances beyond its control, public interest, or participant safety.
In such cases, the Organizer will inform registered Campers as soon as possible and, where feasible, offer alternative solutions. If refused, all amounts paid for the original registration will be refunded
During the Camps, schedules or activities may be adjusted for safety reasons or unforeseen circumstances. These adjustments do not entitle participants to any refund.
5. Cancellation Policy
Any cancellation request must be sent by registered letter to:

Cancellation fees apply based on the postmark date:
– More than 30 days before the Camp start date: €70
– Less than 30 days before the Camp start date: €180
6. Camp Fees
Camp fees include sports activities, equipment provided, supervision, meals, accommodation (if full-board is chosen), and activities.
7. Supervision & Arrival/Departure
Campers are supervised from the time and place indicated in their official convocation.
Arrival and departure details will be communicated at least fifteen (15) days before the start of each Camp.
8. Equipment
Recommended equipment and personal items are listed in the welcome letter.
9. Code of Conduct & Camp Rules
Serious breaches may result in expulsion without refund. Valuables are discouraged. The Organizer is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings not entrusted to staff.
10. Duration & Organization
Camps generally run from the morning of the first day to the afternoon of the last day. Details are provided in the convocation notice.
11. Technical Partners
The Organizer may use local technical partners selected for expertise and safety compliance.
12. Insurance
The Organizer holds civil liability insurance with AIG Europe S.A.
Registration includes accident insurance coverage.
13. Complaints
Complaints must be sent by registered letter within fifteen (15) days after the Camp ends to the address listed in Section 5.
14. Data Protection & Privacy
Information collected is necessary for registration and participation and is processed securely. Data is not shared with third parties.
